Baked Scallops!!!

... with absolutely no concern for cholesterol levels --  but scrumptious!

1 stick of butter (yes, Real Butter).
1 clove of garlic (crushed).
Saute with 1 1.2 tsp. parsley.
Toss with 3/4 roll of Ritz Crackers (crushed).

Add to 1 pound of scallops, place in one layer in baking dish for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Ummm UM! Scrumptious!
