8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
14 oz. can condensed milk (not evaporated)
1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream or Cool Whip
2 8" ready made pie crusts (graham or chocolate)
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth. Add orange juice and vanilla. Stir in cranberry sauce. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Pour into pie crusts. Cover and freeze 6 hours or until firm. Cut portion and let sit about 20 minutes to soften. Return unused portion to freezer.
