My brother sent me these. You can make as hot as you like.
Chicken BBQ Secrets
Don't even bother to try barbecuing chicken breasts. They end up dry and tasteless. Use thighs; they're tastier and have enough fat to be self-basting.
Create the sauce by bringing to a boil:
Brush and turn a couple of times. The finished product should be a sticky mess
Fiery Jim Beam Steaks
Mince and pummel the habanero peppers and garlic.
Combine with Jim Beam.
Marinate steaks overnight, making sure to flip occasionally.
While grilling steaks, periodically baste with the marinade.
Dice tomatoes, red onion and cucumber.
Combine with lime juice. Let sit two or more hours to let flavors blend.
Serve steaks with salsa.
