This is a recipe for one of my favorite meat loafs:

1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp chopped dried apricots
1 tbsp curry
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
onion and cayenne pepper to taste

Put two bay leaves on top and bake at 325-350 for about 20 minutes.
