TURKEY DINNER??? Here's proof of the puddin' -- turkey pudding, that is. Fran and Al Bertulli of Altamont Avenue claimed they've been feeding wild turkeys all year long, and we didn't believe them. Far-fletched, so to speak, certainly not here in the City of Melrose. So Frannie's turkeys have migrated southwest about 15 blocks, to MY front yard, and here's the proof -- that's my pignut hickory the brood is walking under. The photo was snapped from my front door in October. Those surely have to be city turkeys.
