New Photogravure Section. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Well, the Stringers thought we'd put that axiom to the test, so we have established our own photo section, called (nostalgically) "Photogravure". It is a place for stories that require few words, a caption, perhaps, under a news photo. Or a photo of a favorite spot, such as Ell Pond, or the Fells reservation, or a group of local folks looking for recognition. It is a place where our readers can relate to our hometown, learn about its keeping up, get a glimpse of its history. We open Photogravure with a sampling of several pictures that have been skulking around our C: drives too long -- take a look by clicking on the section head at the left -- and then submit your own. Your participation is invited.
