NEW PROGRAMS: The SilverStringers, publishers of this first-ever community-oriented electronic newspaper, initiated two new major projects recently, both aimed at encouraging citizen particpation. The first is a new photo group that meets monthly to photograph the local scene, and the other is a "mapping of Melrose", aimed at providing in-depth articles and maps of places of interest. The two stories open the June list of articles below. In the photo above, left to right, are amateur photographers Lorry Norris, Jean Maure and project instigator Louise Fennell.
