What has two heads and no tail?

from the SilverStringers

TWO HEADED, no tail penny: Found two decades ago, a two-headed U.S. copper penny -- with no tails. It is dated 1944 (both sides), manufactured at the peak of the World War II. Both sides are well worn, although one has seen considerably more wear than its other half. Both sides were scanned at the same time; there is a line around the circular edge, indicating that two pennies were filed thin, then soldered together. Now the question is, is this coin worth two cents -- or only one? A penny for your thoughts.
