Melrose goes Hawaiian, luau rocks senior center

... party puts senior crowd to the test

Photos by Betty Rossi and Dawn Folopoulos            On Tuesday, June 21, 2011, the Milano Senior Center was transformed into a Hawaiian Luau. After a great lunch, the crowd was entertained by Jim Moses. Laughter, singing and hula dancing were also on the menu for the first day of summer luncheon. Coconut bras, grass skirts and brightly colored shirts and leis were worn to the center by the crowd. Without a doubt, a good time was had by all.
