Peach bread

This recipe makes a 1.5 lb. loaf. Baking time 2:55 hrs. - 3:10 hrs. depending on crust color

3/4 c.     Apricot nectar (80 degrees F/ 27 Celcius)
1/4 c.     Peach yogurt  (80 degrees F/ 27 Celcius)
1/2 c.     Carrots, uncooked and grated
2 tbsp     Oil
2 tbsp.    Honey
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
3 c.        Bread flour
2 tsp.     Active dry yeast

Place ingredients in pan order, adding yeast last. Make a small indentation on top of dry ingredients for yeast.
Select white cycle.
