Published the first Friday of each month by the SilverStringers of Melrose, Massachusetts -- December 7, 2012

A real, live, honest to goodness Christmas package was delivered via the Hook and Ladder on Friday evening, November 30, with the delivery of the Melrose Volleyball team -- Champions of the State, having gone through some 26 matches to claim the top spot.. Unfortunately a couple members of the team got lost in the overwhelming crowd of some thousand Melrosians -- all celebrating the Chamber of Commerce's annual "Home for the Holidays" pageant downtown.
