A two dimensional view

... to see and believe

by Shirley Rabb

It was a cold spring morning and Ell Pond was a mirror reflecting the sky and shore surroundings.

Houses and trees appeared magical in their reversing universe. The ducks, in the shadow of the
reflection
watched the sun provided an amazing image of her power in all its glory.

The water was still, and the spring snow still covered the lake's shoreline.

The bare trees seemed to be reaching towards the bottom of the pond through the crystal clear water.

No movement except for the slow action of an occasional bird.

It was quiet at the pond, still and lovely to see.
